Our standard packaging unit consists of impeccably crafted 50 kg bags of Thai Rice. These bags are designed to not only preserve the freshness and quality of our rice but also to make handling and storage effortless.
For your convenience, we provide two distinct container loading options:
- 50 kg Bag Containers: Opt for containers filled with our 50 kg bags of rice. While this option offers the advantage of easy handling and distribution, it incurs slightly higher costs due to the additional labor involved in bagging.
- Bulk Rice Containers (1 Tonne): Alternatively, we offer bulk rice packaging in 1-tonne quantities. This option is cost-effective and suitable for those seeking maximum value for larger shipments.

Payment Options
We prioritize secure and transparent transactions to ensure a smooth buying experience for our valued customers. Here are the essential steps to follow:
To begin, the buyer issues an ICPO or LOI to the seller, providing detailed client information, including quality, quantity, and destination.
Seller promptly provides a draft sales contract agreement (SPA) in PDF format for review within 48 hours. The buyer can approve it or request amendments.
Both buyer and seller sign the contract (SPA) and exchange the signed documents.
Rest assured that our packaging is not just about aesthetics; it’s about quality. Our bags are meticulously crafted to preserve the freshness and integrity of our Thai Rice. They are designed to protect against moisture, pests, and external elements, ensuring that each grain retains its natural perfection.
After the contract is signed, the seller sends a Proforma Invoice (PI) to the buyer’s email, complete with bank information details.
Within 7 banking days, the buyer makes a 5% prepayment via T/T or as specified in the contract.
Within 7 banking days of prepayment authentication, the seller initiates all necessary procedures promptly.
The seller provides the buyer with essential documents, including a soft copy proof of product, SGS confirmable certificate, and the original Bill of Lading (BL). The buyer confirms these documents.
Upon confirmation, the seller initiates the shipment immediately.
The seller offers 110% insurance in favor of the buyer for each shipment based on the CIF value (CIF only) and shares vessel details.
Upon arrival and confirmation of goods at the destination port, the buyer makes the remaining 95% payment balance, typically by DLC or as per the contract terms. Ownership is transferred to the buyer upon confirmation.
