We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of illegal or forced labor.

  • Continuous Social Audit: Our audits extend beyond mill inspection (as detailed on our Our Mills page) to include verification of working conditions, wages, and working hours at production sites.

  • Support for Farmers: We are committed to establishing fair procurement pricing that provides economic security and stable incomes for our partner farmers.

  • ILO Compliance: We require all partners to adhere to the fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), including the prohibition of child labor and the freedom of association.

B. Governance and Anti-Corruption

As an international trade player, the integrity of our transactions is paramount.

  • Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct: All employees and partners are trained and adhere to a strict policy against bribery and corruption, in compliance with international laws.

  • Transaction Transparency: We utilize end-to-end tracking systems to ensure financial clarity in stock purchases, including the drawing from government reserves, guaranteeing fairness for all stakeholders.
